 This 15-minute cream cheese spaghetti is a high-protein cream cheese pasta recipe that never gets old. Children love it, adults love it, and it tastes great with added vegetables like mushrooms, spinach, or bell peppers, and everyone can customise it according to their preference.

Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti
  • Olive Oil
  • Minced Garlic
  • Gao Farm Original Cream
  • Cheese
  • Water
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Fresh Parsley

Directions:

  1. Cook Spaghetti: Follow the package’s instructions for cooking the spaghetti. Wait to drain it. While the spaghetti is cooking, make the cream cheese pasta sauce.
  2. Heat Oil: Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large frying pan set over medium heat.
  3. Add Garlic:  Add garlic to the heated oil and cook for 20 to 30 seconds or until fragrant. Do not roast the garlic.
  4. Add Gao Farm Original Cream Cheese: Increase heat to medium-high; add cream cheese to the frying pan and ½ cup of the cooking pasta water.
  5. Whisk: Whisk the Gao Farm Original cream cheese and water until well blended.
  6. Drain Spaghetti and Add Sauce: Drain your spaghetti and then Add the cream cheese sauce to the spaghetti and stir until mixed.
  7. Garnish & Serve: Garnish with a crack of black pepper and chopped parsley, if desired.
